Geoff joined Graytone in 2000. He was previously Chief Executive of TFX International and President of the British Marine Federation. Currently he holds a number of Chairmanships and is highly experienced in international business development, including mergers and acquisitions.

Graham has over 26 years experience in aerospace, defence and industrial coatings.  Having been Managing Director of Paint Services Group (PSG) from 1997-2006, he now focuses on a business development role for Graytone.

An accountant by training, Tony joined PSG in 1987 as Finance & Operations Director and teamed up with Graham Yates to effect a management buyout of the company in 2000.
